- Buyers need to confirm that they have local import authority and customs clearance capabilities, because after the goods arrive at the destination port, the consignee needs to go through customs clearance procedures and pay taxes locally. The import policies of each country are different, and the customs clearance process may also be different. We are not responsible for the customs clearance of the goods at the destination port.If it is your first time to import goods from abroad, we recommend that you find a professional local import and export company or customs clearance agency for consultation, or entrust a professional team to handle the import of goods for you.
- If the goods need to be customized, it is okay to cancel the order before shipment, but we will charge corresponding customization and default fees.
- After the goods are shipped, we will provide the customer with a draft bill of lading. Once the draft is confirmed by the customer, we will provide the customer with the original bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin (please inform us in advance if other certificates are needed) ), usually the customer can choose the electronic version of the document or the original paper version (only one of the two can be chosen). If the content of the original bill of lading needs to be changed after it is issued, the customer will need to pay an additional change fee. Depending on the shipping company, the Fees will vary.
- We send electronic documents to customers via email, or send original paper documents to customers through international express companies such as DHL and Fedex. The customer goes through customs clearance and tax payment at the local customs department with the documents, and then picks up the goods at the destination port.
- After the customer receives the goods, it is recommended that the wooden box be inspected. If the wooden box is found to be damaged, it is necessary to take photos and videos in time, and feedback the information to us or the freight company. Once the goods are damaged or lost, the insurance company will determine liability and compensate you. Please remember to keep the evidence.
- If there is anything you don’t understand during the debugging stage of the machine, please contact our sales staff in time. We provide free online support.
